Can I return my Mail a Monkey™ gift?

We guarantee all of our gifts are free from manufacturer defects.

However, just because you don't like the gift that someone was nice enough to send you is not a reason for return. You wouldn't return chocolates or flowers would you?

If for some crazy reason you weren't thrilled by the gift you received, we are sorry, but please don't call to return it. Instead, consider passing it along to a child, friend or pet that it would make happy.

BTW, we have never had anyone try to return their gift, we just wanted to state our thoughts. If you do have a legitimate concern about your gift, please feel free to contact us!
